    Arty set is IMO without question bad, the first set I have seen credible repros in this exact configuration for both heer and SS, I would pass on the first set on that alone, the markings on the boards in this configuration on good SS boards I have yet to see, and most often it is the repros that exhibit such markings, but I do believe some good SS boards have turned up stamped.
