SS NCO collar patch with matching foto

I recently got a Foto grouping from an ss soldier. With the grouping was one collar patch from him. I think I have found a pic were he wears that exact collar patch.
What do you think, is it the same ?

By the way, this guy was wearing a cap which nobody of us would trust nowadays ( I mean the sewing of the eagle) Just shows you what was done back then and what we would dismiss today.....
