Help with id

I am new to ss items so I read the threads so I dont pass something good up I came across a lot of american patches a while back and at the bottom of the box was a bunch of german cloth items like rating badges and such I was reading the threads today and I read the one about the galician ss shield I remembered a piece from that same lot that looks like the one pictured in the thread if someone could identify it that be very cool thanks
