Material is printed fabric approx size 4" long at base.

Tough to put a value as these pieces are not found that easy. Would inquire with Tony Barto as he is up on ss items.Looked in the new Manion price guide and they dont have one listed.Prices in that guide are way off in some instances anyway.carl
