Not that I am aware of, still some skulls and eagles were "more frequently" used on fezs. I would find it hard to say that this particular skull came from a fez, it could very well come from another piece of headgear as well.

No mate, it's just that this style of TK is usually, from my experience, seen on fez that came from the depots at Dachau and we all know how many of them have been stripped over the years so if I had to put a bet on it, I'd say fez for sure.
