indeed a fraudster! If the "dupe" falls for the "bunk", fine, he profits BIG...if he gets "called" on the crap, he knows that Paypal will freeze the payment, or charge his account back, (that is if you pay thru them) so he might/will refund FUNds, to save his feedback rating. Basically
