Because collectors gets stuff from the vets family it's not always original. Most of their things where taken away from them after the war and they, the vets, bought new cuffs and medals when they traveled to the reunion for waffen ss veterans after the war in germany. Copys where made not many years after the war ended, so next time you can buy something from a veteran or his family have this in mind. For them it's original, since they don't know about or care about repro.
