SS helmet decal

Hello,
In a photo with Allgemeine SS soldiers, I have seen interesting decal. I am interested in armies SS a little and it is interesting to me, to learn about these decal more.

The badge is the first pattern runic helmet insignia for the SS-VT (other than the Leibstandarte). The other side of the helmet is a canted swastika. These badges were worn in 1934.
