SS armband on a photo

Hi gentlemen,

I found this Oberfuhrer with a cufftitle that i cannot read...anyone has an idea?

It seems to be similar to the cufftitle "Westland"...or "Nordland" or "Wiking"

unfortunatly none is written in the rear of the photo...

P.S: he is a "high rank" officer of SS...It be possible that someone of you, gentlemen, recognizes this Oberfuhrer?
