Cufftitle question

Okay guys, Ive got THE cufftitle for my tunic and Im going to pin it in position for display purposes, its a 43 model so there is no "cuff" to speak of. Can someone look up the regulation and advise how far up from the lowest edge of the sleeve the title should be, if there is such a regulation?

Going from memory, I think it was 15cm?
