Dietrich Ectart Cufftitle

Hi All,

Are the black Dietrich Ectart cufftitles SS? I have never seen another one and just bought a grouping of stuff from a vets family. There was one with the stuff. I looked in my book Cuffbands 1784-Present and did not find one in there

Here is the cufftitle, it was obviously removed from a uniform and it has some remnant of an RZM tag.

Any help would be apriciated,

this is a cufftitle of the SA for Dietrich Eckart. It is featured in Ulrich's book "collecting third reich and political cuffbands vol.1"
