SS Eagle Hat pin? Opinon please!!

I would like to know if this is a original SS Hat pin or not. These are the only photos I have right now. I hope to get better photos later tonight from the owner. The Hat pin is marked w/ the letters RZM in a circle.

Agreed. Even without better photos, I can tel you that, in addition to "the letters RZM in a circle," it probably has the marking 40 or M1/40, which are common to this well-known and obvious fake.
