As I understand - there is an OTTO GAHR's mark - original or fake? or fantasy?

It is a dagger chain.

I cannot comment on whether it is original, but that is what it is. I am sure another forum member will be able to let you know if it is an original.

but its SILVER... and so interesting connectors... so strange "hole link"...

IMO, this was made to be a bracelet. Nice looking piece. I am unsure if it is original however.
