    Your Hat

You have an interesting hat. There are things I like and other things I do not. The HBT sweatband would be okay as a period replacement, but it shows no use from wear..oil and sweat staining, etc. THe visor is not cross-hatched...some may find this to be a problem?? We just discussed this recently.
I do like the outside. The felt piping is typical.
    Regards, Peter

      Hello

Thank you for you answer Peter. My first reaction was the similar for the visor (cross-hatched) but after check of the sewings I have to repeat nothing. I thing tat it is good cap.

I like it too - it beats a lot of what we seem to be seeing nowadays . . .

What happened to all the others?

That might be why he said it was found without insignia!

It's o.k. - I agree with you. But overall, I think it still has some promising features . . . maybe not collectively genuine as far as when the badges were attached, but still very nice in comparison to what we have been seeing lately in regards to these types of caps!
