SS device in LHA shoulder boards

Hello. I have a questions :

1- The 1 SS Division LHA is the only ss division to wear the device on the shoulder boards ?

2- Was obligatory wear the device ?

3- It's possible than an officer of the 1 ss div. LAH wear only the cuff title without the device in the shoulders boards ?

Do you know a link for the ss shoulder boards device ?? In the "wehrmact-awards" there are guide only the guide for heer !!
