my new tropical eagle

So I got this salty tropical eagle from a fellow Forum member, and I thought its a standard sleeve eagle, but it may be a cap eagle?

Its a lot smaller than the other tropical sleeve eagle I have...

Its a sleeve eagle pattern not a tropical cap eagle, In fact I know of only one pattern of SS tropical cap eagle,this eagle will be smaller as some of the right wing is missing, can you put it next to another sleeve eagleand take a picture
