Need help on "Nord" cuff title

I only have two pictures in this cuff title but if any comments on it being authentic can be given, it would be greatly appreciated. I was taking opictures in a hurry because i was running him behind on his schedule. If it is authentic, what would be a decent offer to make to him. It is still intact but just by a few threads. The silver wire is still in good shape. Thank you in advance for any help provided!
