      It's supposed to be a contract produced NCO cap .... you'll need better photo's to confirm much of anything though I'm afraid.

            Without under the hood shots to see if it has been messed with I would never buy. It looks to have a rubbed off Clemens Wagner logo on the lining. The is not a very good sign. A contract cap would be void of such a mark. Although CW did use marked linings like this on civil visors.
