Looks like a good Wagner from here although the right hand wing (in the front photo) looks a bit bent out of shape. Can we see a close up of that?

Yeah, that's a good one. The wing is a bit bent out of shape because these are very thin cupal and bending the prong out and back will bend the exterior.

This eagle is not original. It has the wrong head/beak, and chest.
The aging and finish looks wrong.
Also, it appears to be missing the Wagner die flaw.

Hello Chris,
My friend from whom I have bought this eagle has told, that this eagle
has been dug out of the ground near Nikopol.
Possibly, at Wagner there was also such variant of an eagle...
Here, what it was before it have cleaned.

Hey, I can finally see the photos!

Well, this is a really interesting bird.

It is very well executed with wonderful details. However, those details are completely inconsistent with the known original Wagner styles. As Chris already stated, it is missing a key feature which, thanks to him, I have come to look for as a quick means of identifying Wagner eagles. It is possible that this is a Wagner variant, but I would consider that a slim outside chance. What is it made of?
