Thank you. That's a hell of a collection that guy has.

I'm familiar with the formal patterns AH silverware, but looking for others. Snyder's and Germania have a pretty comprehensive list of the variants but not all.

The one I'm specifically searching for is the attached. This is the pattern associated with the silverware 'liberated' from his Munich apartment, but I've seen no other examples of this for sale or discussed anywhere. (Thanks to Rob J for the photo).

I'd recommend tracking down a copy of "A Collector's Guide to Liberated Adolf Hitler Memorabilia" by Mark D. Griffith. IMHO a great reference for silver, porcelain, crystal, linen, etc. It's long out of print and a bit difficult to find, but I will let you know if I see a copy for sale. They pop up on the e-stand and eBay from time to time, so you might want to watch for them there. I paid quite a bit for mine about 3 years ago and they can fetch as much as $200 (or more ) Even though I'm not actively collecting silver and porcelain right now, I'm going to hang onto it because it's such a great reference, especially for silverware and silver service pieces. Of course, it's a bit outdated and other patterns have surfaced since it was published, but IMHO it's one of the best books out there for this stuff.
