Guys I was wondering about this TK pumpkinhead. I have a 100% original one that matches this one in construction. However mine differs from this one in the eye sockets & bone tips. I feel this is a good one but what do more "in the know" think? Best Rich

        Yes I agree with Bob.

There are some small variations in the embroidery on this one, but a nice original.

I think this is the best picture I've seen so far of one of these being worn.........

How many variations are there? It seems that even standard "Dahau' items have variations in them. I counted at least two Handshar, Nederland, Galizien, Eugen and RONA variations.

Since I'm still learning, I'm wondering about "pumpkinhead" tabs. Does "pumpkinhead" refer to a specific type of totenkopf tab? Or is it just a metaphorical term used in this particular thread? I'm thinking that maybe this type of skull is fuller and shaped somewhat more like a pumpkin...or am I wrong? I just want to make sure that before I begin using the term "pumpkinhead" to dealers and collectors that I do actually know what I'm talking about.

                Thanks...

P.S. I am in NO WAY poking any fun at the use of the term "pumpkinhead." I just really don't know, and when in doubt, it's best to ask.

The pumpkinhead tab is named after this guy...............for obvious reasons!

Pumpkinhead is one of my favorite horror movies. So, in the future, I will also be thinking of collar tabs while I watch the movie--that is thanks to Robin's posting of the Pumpkinhead movie poster.

Sorry, I accidentally double-posted, so I just deleted it, and replaced it with this explanation.
