ss gorget dachau

does anyone know these type off gorgets i bought it about 10 years ago and in europe for example weitze say this is a fantasy item and never existed
'For about a year someone in America told me in a mollo book there was a picture off a ss guard from camp dachau with such a gorget
so it thid exist [i already have this picture]
also a have a copy off this type off gorget and it isn't very much the same like my example
