Leather KM garment

Hi mates,
Can anyone explain this: I want to build a panzerman mannequine in leather protective uniform.Can I use any color of jacket and pants /black,grey and brown/ or did they use one color only?Is it possible to use pants and jacket of different colors for one set? Were there KM buttons with anchor or just ordinary pebbled ones on a jackets? If pebbled buttons-were they a replacement by a soldier?Many thanks in advance!!!!!!!!

panzer leather

Here's a cool picture of panzer leather. Not sure if this a former KM garment... but it sure looks sharp with panzer rank insignia added!
Note that the Pzr NCO in the background removed his panzer skulls...(blank collar tabs), I guess he did not want to be confused with Waffen SS!
