Robin. what is the story behind this interesting work of "art"?

Never mind, I saw the link.
Kind of tacky if you ask me. A plain old unadorned skull or a hand embroidered verticle TK is much nicer.
This looks like something Liberace would have put on his piano for a Halloween Concert.

Actually, he looks like the little Verizon dude: "Can you hear me now?"

Some people seem to have way to much time on their hands with waaaay to much money.
I know it is art but I feel like I have missed the point. But what the hell I'm just a working slob.

Same here bro. Guess we Mid-Westerners are too provincial to understand the nuances of such finely created visual "art."
We kept a catfish for a while in an old stock tank until it went belly up.
I'm not sure if this was "performance art" or not.
Or does it have to be a pickled shark with a 7 figure pricetag?
The CEO that bought that one is WAY overpaid!!!!
Hope he is not as big a retard when it comes to Corporate affairs.

                              Oh wow, I am speechless!
The heck with French Impressionists and Michelangelo, the heck with the classical sculpturists and the cubists!
I have found my new medium!
Sea world should be redefined as an Art Museum!
                              Jaws is an art film.
Master Hirst, you have changed my life!!!!!!
Could I order a pickled guppy in a mixing bowl for my office?!
