SD Armelraute. Opinions requested, please.

Hello To All,
Could I get some input on this SD armelraute please?

SD Armelraute BeVo Construction
Measure 3 inches (H) x two inches (W) respectively. Has a wool diamond shaped filler as backing that is secured on the bottom of the diamond by unknown means but is otherwise movable as can be seen in the last picture. Any opinions, pro or con, would be welcome and appreciated.
