Opinions on metal TK and eagle

I am doubtful these pieces are original, but wanted to submit them for a review before dismissing them as fakes.

I do not have them in hand, but would appreciate any opinions. They are both unmarked.

Eagle is a pigeon head fake and the skull is a copy of an Overhoff & Cie.
