SS FM stickpin help

Hello, I picked up this SS stickpin today from a relative of the Vet. Did I do well? It is marked on reverse with I believe a silber 935 stamp. Regards Bill Bourque

Hello, I have since found out that the pin is origional and worth a pretty penny. My thanks to the legendary John Pepera for his help. It is a SS Honor pin. Bill

Maybe a little bit too much honor for the pin to call it an honor pin.
It is a "Fördernde Mitglieder der SS" membership pin.
That means as much a 'favoured members', but actually it just means 'paying members'.

But you are right: it is an original and much sought after stickpin.
There is a lot of info to be found on this forum about the FM stickpin.

It is an original FM honour pin and yours is from the first batch that was given to the first 30000 members who joined the scheme.
