Dear Alex,

Regrettably your badge is IMO not an original. These badges are very, very rare and hard to get your hands on a original piece. I collect these items for over 30 years and have seen only one of undisputable origin....this one is still in my collection and I have annexed some pics of it so that you can compare. Indeed, Greg is fully right on the 'loose pattern of the stiched silver wire'. Also the format is much larger than yours.....
