Help with a Totenkopf Cufftitle

Gentlemen, I have an offer to purchase this TK cufftitle, and need some assistance with my decision. I'm fairly certain the cufftitle is authentic, based on it's construction, but it has been cut. Can someone help me with the pricing? What does a typical enlisted RZM cufftitle sell for these days, in good condition? What is a fair price for a chopped one like this?

The Totenkopf title looks OK from the photos, but a close-up would be better.

How long is the cuff title? Price is dependant on condition.

The cuff title is 12.5 inches long, and doesn't appear to have any damage, other than being shortened.

12.5 inches is too short for a tunic. I always figure about half for a title that won't fit on a tunic. This is a scarce title so it should bring a bit higher than half.
