    advice on cuff title needed

    Hello,

    i'm posting this cuff title for a fellow german member. He is looking for opinions on this cuff and - if original- who could have worn this title (Unit). I hope you guys could help him out.
    If better pics are needed, i'll ask him to made them.

            A very rare item.......the HQ Staff cuff title of the Zeltbahn brigade. These guys were responsible for issuing Zeltbahns to the Allgemeine-SS in Tibet and had to wear the title on the tent when the temperature went below -50 degrees. So not many of these things have survived.

                Actually the cuff title material looks original. What the heck is it doing sewn on to a strip of camo cloth and in this particular style? Post war?

                  Surely this new book on Ahnenerbe expeditions to Tibet for Aryan archaeology has valuable insights for this regalia.
