Why would the collar tab be sewn under the litzen? And it looks like there have been other collar tabs there before.

And what is the size of that pip?

I don't know so much about those rare tunics but the inside seems to be a little bit rough for an SS tunic: no lining?
What about the big sean in the middle of the back? I think it's not standard for a M42/43 SS tunic (well, I've never seen it with the ones I had in hand which ones were BW fabric).

                seams

Not just the back, but also notice the horizontal the front seam going all the way across the chest, above the chest pockets, is also peculiar... but I still like it as a variation piece...Foreign (Baltic?) made perhaps? but does have standard issuance size stamps...

Curt, I have seen in about a dozen period photos where collar tabs were sewn under the tress, so I believe it was a normal practice.
The tunic and insignia looks real.

Especially I like holes for the belt hooks, they looks correct for the late war SS tunics.

Its a summer weight tunic nothing wrong with the inside, not all tunics had linings, from what I see it looks good.

                          Thankyou! for all comments!
I like very much this tunic because is a rare exemple of M43 version and with all insigna original applied, very difficult to found today.
