Help with SD arm patch

Hello, need help identifying this arm patch which is sewn on Allgemeine tunic.
I have had concerns by other collectors on the rarity of this, if it does exist.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

I have never seen an SD raute with a black/silver border. Usually only silver, or no border at all.

I believe in the addendum to the Angolia book on insignia there is an image of such alu black piping on an SD Raute on p. 482, but it is not at all clear.

I suggested colleague Ruhl post this most interesting item - which, though not shown in Mollo per se, almost seems logical in some strange way, even though my own EM insignia are plain or fully-piped. Certainly we are all here to learn. Does anyone have a real-life example to compare?
