i have to admit i'm very enthusiastic, but quite new to collecting, i've never seen one of these before and was wondering if any of you knowledgeable folks could tell me what this is and whether its real or not. they want about $70 for it, is that fair?

the RZM and SS mark shouldn't be combined and I've never seen a W number. It should be a M number.

Okay forget the incorrect markings on the back or a minute. Just look at the front of this thing......
What exactly would you think this is for?
It is clearly not an award, an SS organizational insignia, a supporting organization insignia or pin.
I mean why would anyone even possibly consider this a some sort of original WWII SS item?? Then ask youself why would something like this even have an RZM mark?
