SS eagles and sleeve patch

Hi,

Due to the fact this forum was offline, I posted these pics already on another forum. But, I still would like to hear what people think of these patches here...

The structure of the wings on the 2 eagles look alike, but the heads are completely different. Both eagles look used, but the second one tends to feel a bit stiffer when I hold it in my
hands...

The eagle #1 looks very familiar to me and alredy been posted here and there. This is the bird I won't like to have in my collection.

Hi Alex,

Thanks for the help. I know there is some controversy on the first type and some collector's refer to it as a late war type of armeagle.
But what do you think of the 2nd type of eagle? The structure of the wings looks a lot like that of the first eagle, but the shape of the head is completely different... The shape of the swastika is also a bit weird IMHO... Or am I getting paranoid??
