    The SS-items..

    Dear Greg,

The Dutch SS (BL) 'Begunstigend Leden' pin is a test-book example and IMO 100% original! It has been the topic of earlier posts. The other (Dutch) pin marked RzM etc. IMO a fantasy piece: I have seen this before and I think it never existed as such.

    Best regards,

    Coco

Interesting...I never noticed that you had "BL" and "FL" pins...I am going to have to check the examples that I have that are just numbered as they may be the "BL" versions.

          Hi John,

Here are my Dutch BL examples to compare....you'll see that they are identical to Greg's example...

          Best regards,

Thanks for posting those pictures Coco. I will look for my numbered examples if I can only remember where there are as this has peaked my curiousity.

The two first collar tabs look original to me! Don't know for sure on the third...
                cheers

I'll echo the sentiments so far,the tabs look ok to me,especially the first 2,but I do like #3 as well....it's sufficiently non-textbook to draw my attention.

I know nothing about stickpins, although I did think the pin was too short and the back lacked the correct inscription .... see, shows how much I know.

Those three prong skulls were sold by catalog in the early seventies. I have a scan of the ad for them somewhere....... no skulls had these type attachments.

I think Nicholas Morigi still sells them (as fakes) They're a lot shinier than this example though.

Coco, do you have a female version? I've seen next to an A number that there was a B number, howmany latters are there?

                                Hi all,

Thans for straightening all of that out for me. Unfortunately none of this is mine to sell so I can't offer them to you but I will gladly see if the new owner will do so and let him know that a few of you are interested.

                                Many thanks again,

                                Greg
