Hi Antony,other than a continental 925 silver grade mark I see nothing here that would connect it to Germany,let alone wartime Germany,let alone the SS. It's certainly not an honour ring or the more usual 'canteen' skull ring and looking at the crude casting I would feel it's modern and more likely aimed at the biker market.
