I am not aware that cag maker marked serial numbers will help you date the binos you have posted. That is because (at least as far as I am aware) the Swarovsky records (if they exist) are not accessible to collectors.
Your best chance of dating your particular set is to figure out which period the Δ grease symbol was used. I have not undertaken any research on the matter (but see Seeger at pages 122-123). I assume that more versatile greases needed to be developed by the Germans to cope with the extreme temperatures that they faced in Russia and other places such as Norway and North Africa.
KF grease symbol: 3981 - 12163 - black lacquer
O grease symbol: 13972 - 33127 - black lacquer
+O grease symbol: 33137 - 50780 - black lacquer
+ grease symbol: 51917 - 53547 - black lacquer
Δ+ grease symbol: 54233 - 61051 - black lacquer
