Calibration Telescope G/K 43

Hello there,

While reading the very nice thread about the K98k cleaningkits I looked at the link attached in one of the replies,

Shown there is the Calibration telescope for the G/K 43

I must say I was very pleased with what i saw! This telescope was what a antique dealer overhere has had lying in his shop for a few years!
He knew it was German but for what use he didn´t know and me neither.....so I never bought it.................until today!
I must say I´m very happy with it now I know what it is.

I´m sure I´ll never own a G/K 43 with ore without scope but it´s a nice little thing for in the showcase.

Would this also been used by other sniper rifles like the k98?
Any of you guys can give me a idea of it´s value?

I wouldn´t have known what it was if it wasn´t for this great forum

Hi Eric,

That is an amazing find! You had a lucky day for sure.

I can not help with the value, something like that is just too uncommon. It is unlikely that it could be used with any other scope than a zf4. Each style of scope is just so very different.
