Storage canister for the kite, balloons and chemical cans.

The light is terrible, so pics aren't that good.

... and here's the crew, just busy inflating a balloon, so they can use the transmitter.

A balloon or kite was needed to lift the 60 meter long antenna cable.

        No wind = balloon
        Wind = kite

That's brilliant Jos! I can only imagine how much time and effort went into that.
              What's next!?

                Thanks, james ..

                What's next ?
The kite .., the mirror, some small stuff ..
If you mean bigger projects ?

The 4 men, 4 meter long life boat maybe ..
That's a big one, would be 67 cm long, different mast etc ..

                Jos.

Great, looking forward to seeing what you make next! It's very clever stuff!
I wonder if all these items exist together in a collection somewhere? Certainly not something I have ever seen.

                          ...

Jos, I think you need to patent it and give into mass production.
I also want the same boat
But I'm afraid that handmade not afford for me.

                          Best regards,
                          Sergey

Takes a lot of time to figure out how to make this stuff, takes time to find the right materials and it takes a lot of time to make it ..
The body of the boat was a pain to create, but I didn't know a better way.
Best maybe to make a casting with yellow rubber, but I'm not familiar with those processes.

                            Here's the 1st boat I made, so there're 2 types now.
                            Also with transmitter ..

                            Jos.
