from what I can see in these photos eagle and tab collar insignia no added price, it is my opinion

Hard to say from these photos. Likely completely restored.

Eagle looks recently added with wide stitching.
Tabs have eratic machine stitching
Shoulder boards are distorted from application.

Might be possible to cross reference the name in the Luftwaffe Career summaries if it was deciphered.
