Sure! The insignia looks a little sloppy sewn, mostly on an officer tunic, even I've seen sometime on jacket used on theatre of operations...
And yes, the 'french cuff' are shortened, I have not notice the shadow before. But, if the edge doesn't not aged they can easily put on the original position.
And again... the higher breast loops could be there to keep the pin of a kind of frontflugspange. In this case the jacket could be owned by a flieger and not a flak guy..
