Cloth Flak With Silver Cord Good Or Bad

Hello

Ive had this one for a while and was never quite sure of it.
Can anybody tell me if its good or bad? I plan on
putting it on the estand if its good. Not good then it goes in
with the rest of my bad purchases Ive made over the years.
The wool is not like any of the other Lw patches Ive had
over the years.

I see what your concerns are here. I don't have a great feeling about it either. Here is mine for comparison. The quality of the piping seems off as well as the mottling of the wool.

To me it looks like a original late war mixed wool / felt Flak patch.

Top right is a example with smilar cord and top left shows the style of wool.

Thanks for answering my questions. I think I
will hold back from selling till I feel sure of
it myself. Can anybody else make a comment
on this patch?

Hi Adam

Yes Jos knows his patches. I think I will go
with his evidence. At least on the estand
buyers have a chance to put it up on here
to have it checked out.
