Tunic question

Hi guys, I have a Luft tunic to a flight officer. It has 4 loop sets for awards/badges on the left hand side. I was wondering if there was a regualtion on what was worn in specific areas to possibly identify what worn there. It has ribbons sewn in the button holes for the ek and the Russian front award, but was wondering about the award loops.
