It looks like the tabs were supposed to be for the Luftwaffe Field Divisions, however the tabs are pretty bad looking. Interesting RLB looking tress. Also the material looks non standard when compared with other tuchrocks. The stamps look bad too. I think I was intriqued by this tunic a few years ago, but after gaining more experience, I am not so excited about it anymore.

In my opinion, the tunic itself is not Luftwaffe. The tress is certainly not Wehrmacht, nor is the piping to the collar. I would pass.

You may want to give it the black light test. Interesting tabs, very odd shaped, tresse is odd too. Look at the sewing on the underside of all the insignia. It is odd enough that it would make me uncomfortable too.

Agree with Tony.

The markings are the style commonly found in fakes. The eagle is not applied properly, the lapels are too large, and the tabs are a joke. Do you have a good close up of the eagle?
