Glasmine 43 Mine. Rarity and value question

I have the opportunity soon to purchase two complete Glasmine 43 (inert) mines from a old collection. I have no idea what is a fair price to offer the seller and I don't want to "rob" him. I saw one listed one a dealer site for $700, but that sounds outlandish to me considering what it consists of.
Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

Do you have any photos of each elements ? The thin glass is missing and the steel plate looks in bad condition. The more valuable part could be the fuze Hebelzünder 44" if it is good condtion but they are hard to find in great shape.

I agree with Euronymous. The type of parts included, and their condition, are going to determine the value. I will say however that $700 is definitely way above market value.
