    Unknown exploded shell Atlantikwall

A view years ago I've found this shell at the Atlantikwall, there had been a Wehrmacht ammo depot that exploded during the war, there I've found Beutewaffen remains from, England, France and Itally. Could anyone tell me what shell type this is and the country where it was made?
Markings shell: 3/98 EC III TD, C H.
    Primer: R A 19 41

RA 1941 indicates a lend lease primer made for the British by Remington Arms.

Thanks Geof, that solves the primer.

The marking is EOC instead of ECC, EOC was Elswick Ordnance Co., they produced under this stamp weapons for the British government until 1928, then they merged with Vickers. They produced a lot of arms during WW1.

The III should mean a Mark 3 Gun.
