No, not WW2..., this is a post war/modern round

It's a 20x139 R round for the HS-820 anti aircraft canon, designed by Hispano.
Several countries made their own weapons for this type round, among them France, the US and Germany.
You're case was made by Rheinmetall, but since the round clearly has been fired, it's questionable if the shell actually belongs to this particular case.

A picture of the shell itself sure would help...
Are there any markings on the shell ?
