My Uncle brought these back from the war and I have wondered for years what they are. Can anyone identify what this is. I though it was from a mortar. Any idea of the value? Thanks much!!

PD fuze
Looks like a point detonating fuse from an artillery round not from a mortar BUT I am no expert so hopefully some one who knows better can confirm

It is a KZ28 (kopfzunder 28) impact fuse. It's not for a mortar but for an artillery shell. That's someplace to start your search.Comment
