Smooth frag-sleeve for stick-handgrenades M24 & M43

Hi,

I´ve had this smooth frag-sleeve in my collection since many years.

The paint looks great and it has a WaA stamp on it, followed by the digit 4, which is rather unusual.

I would be very curious to hear your opinions about it.

Hello Jens,

nor did I, this is the 1st one I see. I received 2 of those some 12 years ago from a Belgian collector.

But I don´t know for sure if they are good originals.

Me neither, as you know these frag sleeves could easily be fabricated, I would beware myself as the WaA could be a practical way to tart this up but who knows.

I also have my doubts...the WAA stamp looks not good to me; either the 4 of (44) is in my opinion to high in coorespondence with the Waa marking....
