88mm markings--- legit???

Hi guys,

According to the Seller, this is an authentic 1945 manufactured 88mm base turned--- desk lamp.

Is the base legit??? I've looked up the markings but have not yet found anything similar.

From what I can see, it does look good to me. A Kwk43 would be the kind used by Tiger II (among other). The other part looks like a 3,7cm case.
